How the rankings work
- We count three signals. Star ratings from players (one per person per game), visits to each game page, and clicks on its play or store link. Each visitor counts once per game every 30 minutes, so refreshing does nothing.
- Ratings are weighted. A game's average is blended with the site-wide average until it has enough votes, so three perfect scores cannot outrank a game with hundreds of good ones.
- The Atlas Score combines them. Top AI Games weighs rating at 55%, play reach at 30% and 30-day attention at 15%.
- Nobody pays for position. Sponsorship never changes a rank. Until a board has data, it says so instead of showing guesses.

What is the best AI game right now?
Dead Meat leads the Top AI Games board on AI Game Atlas, which combines player ratings, play clicks and recent attention. The board is refreshed hourly, so check the live position above.
How often are the AI game rankings updated?
Boards are recalculated every hour from live activity on the Atlas. Once a day the positions are saved so each game shows whether it moved up or down since the day before.
Can developers pay to rank higher?
No. Positions come only from player ratings, visits and play clicks. Advertising and sponsorship never change a ranking.
How are ratings protected from manipulation?
Each browser can rate a game once, repeat activity from the same visitor is ignored for 30 minutes, and averages are weighted toward the site mean until a game has enough votes. A handful of perfect scores cannot top the board.
